The authors describe the synthesis of several N-(indole-3-ylglyoxyl) aminoacid derivatives. The target compounds were prepared starting from substituted indoleglyoxyl chlorides and some aminoacid esters. Some of them were tested for their antiinflammatory and analgesic activities. No significant antihistamine or antiserotonin activity is shown by the compounds.
