The assay is dedicated to the theme of the quality of the normative acts of the Government with particular regard to the relationship between it and the economic crisis that Italy is going through. After examining the concept of quality in its multiple meanings and having outlined the Italian and European debate on that issue, the assay examines analytically the characters, the evolution and the effectiveness of different legal instruments that the Government has made to ensure the quality of the normative acts.
