The articles collected in the book "Saggi di filosofia analitica del diritto per Mario Jori" allow us to reconstruct the main elements of Jori’s legal theory. In particular, these contributions highlight a positivistic conception of law based on the appreciation of common sense; a conception of legal science that is aware of its normative effects; and a conception of meta-jurisprudence that goes beyond a purely descriptive function.
