The aim of the present work is to introduce a digital application, which includes a rehabilitation protocol for the treatment of shoulder impingement syndrome (SIS). A new tool, SHOULPHY, has been developed which allows the creation of a patient-centered physiotherapy program and remote monitoring both in the clinic and in the daily life of the treatment. The application through the use of wearable devices allows a quantitative and effective evaluation of the therapeutic activity. The final purpose is to allow a quick functional recovery, allowing a complete return to sport and ordinary activities.
