The paper will examine the relationship between ethics and communication in Analogia del soggetto, above all by analyzing the chapters 4 and 5 of this work. Olivetti’s interpretation of Karl-Otto Apel’s idea of « community of communication » and of Emmanuel Levinas’ priority of « Dire » in Autrement qu’être will be deeply discussed. The consequences of Olivetti’s critique of the modern idea of intersubjectivity will be finally developed from an ethical viewpoint
