But it is simply a latter-day return to the past. Accustomed to traditional housing typologies, we discover – as John Donne put it – that “all novelty is but oblivion.”

Vivere sotto terra può sembrare al contempo un gesto timoroso e un atto rivoluzionario, rispetto per l’ambiente e rifiuto della città così come è stata immaginata fino a oggi.
