The aim of this paper is to investigate the generalized convexity of a quadratic fractional function. New characterizations are provided for both pseudoconvexity and strict pseudoconvexity. Moreover, some easy to be checked characterizations, involving the parameters of the function, are stated. The equiv- alence between the strict pseudoconvexity and the strict quasiconvexity is also proved.
