I bambini e i ragazzi, nondimeno gli adulti, hanno bisogno di trovarsi e ritrovarsi nel valore semantico e non solo strumentale degli ambienti; questi si personalizzano e assumono caratteristiche in cui riconoscersi sulla base di operazioni di senso che intervengono e modificano uno spazio fino a farlo diventare lo spazio, ovvero quel luogo storicizzato poiché ne facciamo parte quindi ci appartiene, quella dimensione che, a livello immaginifico, si configura come un porto sicuro in cui attraccare a da cui salpare, dove le briccole che segnano la rotta, bellissima metafora indicata da Leonardo Trisciuzzi, sono rappresentate dagli adulti di riferimento.
