This article explores the question of how coherence is built up in children’s letters, at the level of both text production and text reception. A small corpus of four representative letters from a child aged six to ten will trace the development of semantic-textual coherence. In connection with the prototypical character of text types, “distant” coherence is ultimately placed in the proximity of poetry and translation.

Abstract
This article explores the question of how coherence is built up in children’s letters, at the level of both text production and text reception. A small corpus of four representative letters from a child aged six to ten will trace the development of semantic-textual coherence. In connection with the prototypical character of text types, “distant” coherence is ultimately placed in the proximity of poetry and translation.File in questo prodotto:
