Recent trends in Higher Education has been facing continuous changes. In this evolving context the "Mentors for Teaching" project was launched at the University of Pisa in 2022 to support university professors in their role of teachers. The authors present this project that sees them as new "mentors" by disseminating the results achieved, in order to createalso a network between various universities, within and outside Europe, for the development of best practices in university teaching.
