Abstract
Radiofrequency Identification Systems are considered as an enabling technology for the Internet of Things paradigm. These systems are commonly used for many applications in retail and pharmaceutical industry as well as for logistics and indoor localization. The aim of this paper is to discuss the main challenges related to these systems, especially in "unconventional" scenarios where the distance between the tag and the reader antennas is a fraction of the wavelength – that means that the two antennas are in the near-field region each other.File in questo prodotto:
