Una "macchina curiosa". Prime osservazioni su diritto, etica e intelligenza artificiale a partire da un celebre racconto

This paper proposes a reflection on the relationship between law, ethis and artificial intelligence starting from the story In der Strafkolonie by Franz Kafka and on the basis of some considerations on the philosophy of technology by Günther Anders. In particular, through the theme of the “appearance” of machines, the author aims to investigate the scope and effectiveness of law as well as our ability to “attention” with respect to the field of artificial intelligence.
