Abstract
An analysis of the effect of control pulse phase noise on the performance of quantum computers is proposed. We are developing simulations based on the open-source code Qiskit-Dynamics, with a focus on how the coherence time of qubits is affected by phase noise. The unsolved problems are represented by the actual impact of the phase noise present in the control pulses on the fidelity of the qubits and, in particular, by the relevance of the spectral characteristics of the phase noise.File in questo prodotto:
