Two cereals (corn and sorghum) per two lipids sources (vegetable-oil and beef fat) were used in mule duck feed. Mule ducks were slaughtered at 63 days old. Live weight, feed conversion efficiency, carcass, breast muscles, skin with subcutaneous fat, color of skin and meat and meat water retention capacity were measured. The results showed that: sorghum reduced live weight but improved conversion efficiency, animal fat improved the carcass aspect but increased the incidence of the skin and decreased the live weights.
