Abstract
Microgrids can be considered as the building block and the backbone of the new way of thinking the electrical grid, the ”smart grid”. The integration of control theory, information technology and power electronics plays an important role in closing the gap with this new paradigm that is considered an important step for the integration of renewable sources of energy, new economic opportunities and an overall safer and more efficient electric distribution net. This paper deals with the development of a Matlab/Simulink model of the microgrid that is being developed by the Loccioni group and the analysis of its control system; the algorithms have been implemented in a PLC environment.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
