The aim of the research was to study the influence of the diet on fatty acid profile and cholesterol content in Muscovy and Common ducks meat. The results seem to confirm the possibility to influence the fatty acid profile with the diet, especially in Common ducks, as in the other birds; cholesterol content is not influenced by diet.
